Giulia for our 10 month old daughter, and it was worth every cent.\n\nBefore doing the training with Giulia, our daughter would wake up every hour at night and would only nap if she was carried or on the stroller. We were at a loss on how to improve her sleep but also quite skeptical of any \"training\".\nWell, we can now say that this was the best decision we could have done, our daughter went from waking up every hour to sleeping through the night (on her crib, in her room!!) and napping twice a day for 1h30. This was completely unimaginable for us.\n\nIf you are doubting on whether to sleep train or not, go for it! Giulia will guide you through it, will give you practical tips, will give you emotional support through every step of the way. She was incredible, very human, very understanding and supportive!\n\nI can't thank you enough for helping us be human again (and not zombies)! F. dormiva con noi ed era arrivato a svegliarsi ogni 45 minuti per essere allattato, si riaddormentava con grande difficolt\u00e0 nonostante il contatto ed il latte; il sonno di tutta la famiglia era seriamente compromesso. Non \u00e8 stato facile intraprendere il percorso, Giulia \u00e8 stata estremamente attenta, in ascolto e presente. E\u2019 stato essenziale per noi avere la percezione di affidarci a lei, sin dalla prima chiamata in cui ci ha spiegato come intraprendere questo cammino. Anche nei momenti pi\u00f9 difficili ci ha consigliato nel modo che riteniamo pi\u00f9 opportuno e corretto. Da 4 mesi e mezzo F. dorme serenamente nel suo lettino, \u00e8 un piacere metterlo a letto con il sorriso e avere la percezione del suo sonno e di come gestire le eccezioni alla routine. Per noi, persone estremamente poco routinarie, \u00e8 stata una piacevole scoperta! Adoriamo vederlo cos\u00ec sereno ed essere tutti riposati. Ce petit ajustement a vraiment fait la diff\u00e9rence.\n\nCe que j'ai particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 dans notre collaboration, c'est l'humanit\u00e9, la passion et l'engagement de Giulia. Elle ne se contente pas de donner des conseils, elle se donne \u00e0 100% pour nous accompagner et nous soutenir dans notre parcours. Molto empatica e gentile, ti supporta nel percorso e ti segue in tutto. Quando abbiamo iniziato il mio bimbo aveva 8 mesi e siamo passati dallo svegliarsi frequentemente di notte per essere allattato, al dormire tutta la notte nel suo lettino per 12 ore di fila! Gi\u00e0 il terzo giorno dall\u2019inizio del percorso il bimbo ha dormito per tutta la notte e noi genitori increduli visto il cambiamento in poco tempo. On ne se sent jamais jug\u00e9s et elle nous aide \u00e0 ajuster au fur et \u00e0 mesure nos comportements et r\u00e9actions, toujours en nous expliquant dans quel but on le fait.\n\nA la fin de l'accompagnement, on se sent confiant et outill\u00e9s.\n\nAvant la fin de l'accompagnement et encore \u00e0 ce jour, ma fille est autonome pour l'endormissement.
